Cats and dogs under 20 pounds in weight are allowed with a monthly fee in selected units.
Cats will each add an additional $50/month to the standard rent.
Dogs will each add an additional $50-$100/month to the standard rent (the exact fee will be determined by the breed and/or size of your pet).
